Whaley Foodservice began its journey in 1944 as Whaley Electrical Service, focusing on repairs for electrical equipment across various industries. With our expertise in electrical control applications, our technicians smoothly transitioned into troubleshooting and fixing electrical restaurant equipment.
However, it was our early commitment to service excellence and support for the “Mom and Pop” restaurant community throughout the 1950s that truly set us apart. This early development propelled us into an unparalleled leadership position as the chain restaurant boom began. By 1990, our company’s total focus shifted to cater to the relentless demand for food service equipment repair. Reflecting our unwavering dedication to this industry, we renamed ourselves Whaley Foodservice Repairs.
In 2016, Whaley Foodservice was acquired the Unlimited Service Group, but continues to operate under its existing local brand and leadership. With over 70 years in the food service industry and more than 400 technicians, we are proud to be one of the largest commercial food equipment service companies in the United States.
We look forward to continuing to serve our customers as we expand our operations throughout the Southeast.
